MedicareLocalPlan.com is operated by Ibrahim Afyon. This page explains what we collect, why, and who gets it.

What we collect

• Your answers: ZIP code, situation, what matters to you and timing.
• Your name, phone number, email (optional) and how you'd like to be contacted.
• A record of your consent: the exact words you agreed to, the page you used and when you sent it.

We don't ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number, health conditions or medications.

How we use it

Only to contact you about the request you sent us, the way you chose. We don't sell your information or share it with agents. If we think a licensed agent could help you, we'll name the agent and ask you first; we share your information with that agent only if you agree.

We use service providers to run the site, such as hosting and form handling (Netlify). They may only use your information to provide those services.

Your choices

• Ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information.
• Reply STOP to any text from us, or tell us when we call.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and consent record for as long as laws on telemarketing and Medicare marketing may require, so we can show what you agreed to, and delete it sooner if you ask and the law allows.
